Agency Owner and Director

Lisa Abdalla, M.A., BCBA--Owner 
Agency Director and Behavior Analyst
Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of South Florida in 2002.  Lisa has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 1999.  She was Board Certified in 2003, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  Lisa has owned and managed ABA Therapy Associates, Inc. (formerly called Littke & Associates, Inc), since 2005.  Lisa was a Research Associate at the University of South Florida, at the Division of Applied Research and Educational Support.  She also had experience as the Behavior Services Manager and Director of a 48-bed ICF, as well as working at the Child Development Center at St. Joseph's Hospital.  She has experience working with both children and adults.  Lisa also serves as a BCBA and sees clients in Pinellas County.  She has also been faculty for the University of West Florida as a Practicum Supervisor for their ABA graduate program.  She currently provides BCaBA Supervision.

 

Senior Analysts

Jessica Valladares, M.A., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst
 
Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of South Florida.  Jessica has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism since 2003. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in 2004. Jessica has a background in working in the school system.  She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to children and adults in group homes and family homes, as well in Adult Day Training programs. Jessica has been a part of the ABA Therapy Associates' team since 2006.   Jessica works the Hillsborough County area. She served as a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee for several years. 

 

Kyla Walker, M.S., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst  
 
Kyla received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University, on the Performance Management Track.  Kyla also received her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University.  Kyla has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2000.  She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in 2003.  Kyla also has experience with the school system, psychiatric inpatient facilities, and ICF's.  She too provides high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults in group homes, family homes, and their Adult Day Training programs.  Kyla also specifically collaborates with an Elementary School in Sarasota County and provides ABA Therapy to students there. She has been a member of the ABA Therapy Associates' team, since 2006.  Kyla works the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.  She is a member of the Sarasota/Manatee LRC Committee.

 

 
 
Dee Hinote, M.S., BCBA--Senior Behavior Analyst
Dee received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida, and her Master's Degree in Psychology with the Specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Florida State University.  Dee has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2005.  She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), 2007.  Dee has also been a member of the ABA Therapy Associates' team, since 2007.  Dee provides high-quality ABA Therapy to her clients in their group homes, family homes, and Adult Day Training programs.  Dee works the North Pinellas County and Southwest Pasco County areas. She was a member of the Hillsborough LRC Committee for a couple of years.
 

Analysts 

Gretchen Mathews, M.A., BCBA
Gretchen received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.  Gretchen has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2005.  She became a Board Certified 2009.  Gretchen brings a background of working with foster care children and teens and conducting parent training.  She provides high-quality ABA Therapy to children, teens, and adults in their homes, day programs, private schools or after-school programs, and the community. Gretchen started out as a Medwaiver Behavior Assistant with ABA Therapy Associates, from 2006-2008.  In 2009, she became a member of the ABA Therapy Associates' team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Gretchen works the Pinellas County area.
 

 

Jeff Davis, M.A., BCBA 

 

Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1996 and his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000, from Trevecca Nazarene University.  In 2009, he completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Jeff has been working with adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Issues, Legal Adjudications, and Special Education needs, since 2001.  Jeff has worked in settings such as, an inpatient assessment/treatment program, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in independent practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes, Adult Day Training programs, and in the community.  Jeff has also been a Professional Crisis Management Association Certified Instructor in the past, and he served on the executive committee of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis.  Jeff became a part of the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2011 and works the Pinellas County area. 

 

Tate McGhee, M.S., BCBA

 

Tate received his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in 1996 from Carnegie-Mellon University and his Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2004 from the Florida Institute of Technology.  He became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in 2004. Tate has been working with adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 1997.  Tate has worked in settings such as: early intervention clinics, day programs, forensic and psychiatric settings, ICF developmental facilities, schools, and in private ABA practice. He provides high-quality ABA Therapy to clients in their homes and in the community. Tate has experience providing Verbal Behavior Assessments and Treatment (VBMAPP and ABLLS-R programs) to young children with Autism.   He has been a Suncoast Region Behavior Assistant Certified Instructor since 2006, and served two terms on the Local Review Committee for Pinellas County from 2005-2009. Tate has presented at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA) Conference and is a Co-Instructor for the Florida Tech Professional Development Program.  He became a part of the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2012 and works the Pinellas County area. 

 

 

Danah Collier, M.A., BCBA
 
Danah received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2008 and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2014.  In 2012, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).  She then became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in 2014. She has provided high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities in their homes, Adult Day Training programs,  private school, community, and clinical settings.  Danah also has a background in working as a Certified Senior Case Manager in the child welfare system. She has made professional presentations at the University of South Florida and at the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis Conference.  Danah serves on the Pinellas and Pasco County Local Review Committee.  Danah joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2014 and works the Pinellas County area.
 

 

Satori Kearney, M.A., BCBA

 

Satori received her Bachlor's Degree in Psychology in 2006, from the University of South Florida and her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, in December 2016.  In 2011, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), in 2012.  In February 2017, she then became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has experience with providing high quality ABA Therapy to children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Satori has worked specifically in client's homes, Adult Day Training programs, summer camp, and other community settings.  In addition, she brings a unique background of working in child welfare. She spent 5 years as a Certified Welfare Case Manager and Senior Case Manager.  Satori joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2014 and works the Pinellas County area.

 

 

Jeremy Hinote, M.A., BCBA

 
Jeremy received his Bachelor's Degree in Education and Psychology from the University of West Florida in 2006 and his Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2015. In 2016, he became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In the past, he was a certified teacher with the Hillsborough County School District. Jeremy has worked with students of various ages and behavioral disorders, including some with special needs, since 2006. Jeremy has worked specifically in client's homes, Adult Day Training programs, and other community settings providing high quality ABA Therapy to adults. He joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2014 as a student receiving his BACB Field Experience under Lisa Abdalla, BCBA. Jeremy became a BCBA with the team in May 2016 and he works the North Pinellas County and Southwest Pasco County areas.

 

Maranda Fountain, M.S., BCBA

 

Maranda received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2007 and Master's Degree in Psychology in 2009, from Florida State University.  In 2009, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  Maranda has worked in the field of Autism and Intellectual Disabilities since 2007. She has experience in working with children and adults, in their homes, schools, ICF's and the community, where she provides high quality ABA Therapy. In addition, she was a committee member of the Hillsborough Local Review Committee (LRC) from 2012 until 2014.  She has also made professional presentations at ABA conferences and has been published in ABA journals.  Maranda joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2014 and works the Hillsborough County area.
 

Michelle Huff, M.A., BCBA

Michelle received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2005.  In 2015, Michelle became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the clinical and home settings, working with children with Autism.  In June 2018, she received her Master's Degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida.  In September of 2018, she became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), then in December of 2018, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).  Michelle has experience with both children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.  She has worked with clients in the clinical setting, schools, family homes, group homes, Adult Day Training programs, and in the community, providing high quality ABA therapy.  Michelle joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in early 2019 and works the Pinellas County Area. 

Lindsey Golonka, M.A., LMHC, BCBA

 

Lindsey received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology, from Purdue University in 2004.  In 2012, she earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University, becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (in Indiana), in 2013. Then in 2015, Lindsey received her Certificate of Completion in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the Florida Institute of Technology.  She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in 2016.  Lindsey has worked with children and adults with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities, since 2011. She has experience with utilizing ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS, and QABF Assessments. She has provided high quality ABA therapy in clinical, home, school, and community settings with her clients.  Lindsey joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2019 and works the Bradenton and Sarasota County Areas.

Karis King, B.A., BCaBA

 

Karis received her Bachelor's Degree in English/Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida in 2004.  In May 2012, she completed the Professional Development Program in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).  Karis has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, since 2009.  She has specific experience in working with clients in their group homes, family homes, Adult Day Training programs, and job-training with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, In the past, she also served as a Liaison and Trainer amongst clients' circle of supports and ensuring goals were met.  Karis joined the ABA Therapy Associates' team in 2013 and works the Pinellas County area.
